LASER CUTTING MACHINE

We are equipped with 2000W Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine with IPG (German) Laser Source. It has a capacity to cut 600mm / Second.
It has a Capacity to cut 149000 pcs in two shifts.

Its capacity to weld 124800 pcs in a month.

LASER METAL WELDING

It’s a fully automated Laser welding machine with a 300W source. It has 3 operational axis with additional rotary fixture.
It can deliver thinnest welding line of 1mm with clean silver appearance.

LASER ENGRAVING

This laser marking machine is equipped with IPG German Laser Source. This machine can mark 0.01mm fine line. Almost all designs can be engraved precisely with cleanliness.

It can engrave on wood, marble, plastic and all kinds of metals.

HYDRAULIC PRESS, SPINING LATHE & COLLET

This laser marking machine is equipped with IPG German Laser Source. This machine can mark 0.01mm fine line. Almost all designs can be engraved precisely with cleanliness.

HIGH PRESSURE DIE CAST HOT & COLD CHAMBER

We have 2 PDC machines. Their capacities are 200T and 350 ton respectively.
They are feasible to cast Aluminum, Zinc and Magnesium.
This single unit is able to produce 150000 pcs per month with one shift operation.
This process include higher production speeds when compared to traditional casting.
The mould is durable, thus reducing unit cost prices and more complex parts can be manufactured, thus decreasing the number of components requested each time.
Die casting provides complex shapes within closer tolerances than many other mass production processes. Little or no machining is required and thousands of identical castings can be produced.
The casted product needs very low efforts in polishing. They are characterized by very good surface finish.

We have 60 Polishing machines installed in our factory.
Together 120 polishing people can work in our buffing unit.
We have dust collection ducks covering each machine.

SPRAY PAINT

Our team is very experienced in paint spray and can coat more than 130000 pcs in a month.

ENAMEL

We have a team of skilled artisans with a working experience of more than 25 years. They work so accurately in a dust free environment so as to produce world class handicrafts.
We have capacity to enamel 1000 bowls size products to enamel in a day.

POWDER COATING

We have 3 Powder coating plants installed in our factory.
Our team is very experienced in powder coating and can coat more than 130000 pcs in a month.

ELECTROPLATING & ELECTROPHORETIC LACQUER

Our plant is modulated and technical updated with ability to do nickel and copper electroplating.
We also have 3 Electrophoretic Lacquer Units. i.e. Gold, Copper and Clear.
For uninterrupted production we have 2 baking ovens. One is electric oven where as another one is with CNG combustion chamber.

QUALITY

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified company where each and every production process is closely monitored by our qualified QA Head and experienced checkers.

Goods are being 100% inspected between every 2 consecutive production processes.

We do different kind of internal testing to ensure product is fit functionally.

Internal Inline, Midline & Final inspections are conducted before offering the goods for final random inspection
